Warning, in strict terms, after China launched its Chinese spy balloon, supposedly used to spy over US territory.
Joe Biden China warning was that if China threatened American sovereignty, America would react to protect themselves.
Joe Biden announced this in his official State of the Union address on Tuesday evening (local time) in Washington, before both chambers of the US Congress.

But, in spite of the Biden China warning, he was determined to work with China, where American interests could be promoted for the good of the world.
In the past, Biden has made it very clear to Xi Jinping, the Chinese President, that America was seeking competition, not conflict.

Has cooled down even more, the already cold relations between China and USA. The American military shot down the Chinese balloon, over the Atlantic, off the coast of South Carolina.
In an America warning to China, Washington accused China of using the balloon to spy on military installations. On the other hand, China stated that the balloon was a civilian research balloon, which had gone off course.

Hot talks are likely to strain diplomatic relations between China and the United States in the coming days, more so after Joe Biden warns China.
Washington had to take off two F-22s on Thursday, February 2, to intercept a mysterious craft, which turned out to be a Chinese spy balloon, passing over Montana, in the northwest of the country.
The balloon in question, it is indicated, was spotted above the town of Billings, Montana. It appears to have traveled over the Aleutian Islands, southwest of Alaska, then passed over Canada, before arriving in Montana.
